Frase thanks for getting back to me and getting this fixed! I checked the compare feature against two instances and compare is now working correctly and showing 100% similarity! I can confirm this is correct because I use another app to make the duplicate/clone 😊

A few other quirks I noticed in comparison view (screenshots attached):

When a drive is not a perfect match, and I'm on a small screen like my MacBook Pro 13" (instead of a larger external display), I can't scroll down on the "Drive Comparison" window to see the list of missing files at the bottom. The window is static/locked. And scroll only works on the list itself, meaning I can only see one item at a time. As a workaround, I need to hit "export missing files" to open a new window which is scrollable.

-Not sure if this is a bug, but regardless of which order I click the drives in when doing a Comparison – eg. for example when clicking Drive 1A then Drive 1B, or vice versa Drive 1B then 1A – it will always display Drive 1B as the "Source Drive" and Drive 1A as the "Backup Drive." I can't make it do it the other way around.
